Coordinate NWA

Join us in April for the second annual Human Services Summit, Coordinate NWA! Building on momentum from last year, the 2018 Summit will bring together providers from across health and human services for a day focused on the potential and impact of coordinated care in our community.

Coordinate NWA will include a keynote from Paul Schmitz with the Collective Impact Forum as well as multiple presenters from across our state speaking on a variety of topics including the state of philanthropy, self-care for providers, education in Arkansas, and more! The Summit will also provide the community with key updates about the direction of Hark at the Center for Collaborative Care.
